A few prose tips from a master yarn-spinner

Category: writing advice you didn't ask for — Jordan Trethewey @ 10:07 pm

So, a while ago I was perusing Chuck Palaniuk’s website and discovered a few choice words of writing wisdom:

1) Don’t show the reader anything unless that thing is moving or acting in relation to other things.

2) Always introduce your world through the objects that move through it.

Simple, yet universal.
